Arrival Time

You are encouraged to arrive at least 45 minutes to one hour prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities at the Spa.

Thermal Suite

In separate Thermal Suites, we invite both men and women to enjoy the luxurious range of heat and cooling experiences which cleanse the body and skin as well as relax and soothe aching muscles.

Separate Male and Female Changing Rooms

Spa Treatments

The specialised ESPA treatments care for your every need, from advanced facials, hot stone therapy, essential body massages, envelopments and rituals, to full day ESPA.

Programmes

All ESPA treatments and Programmes will be available to residents of the hotel and members.

All ESPA Programmes are available for non-residential Day Spa guests and include use of the Spa Thermal Suite experiences.

Non-residents wishing to book from the main treatment menu are required to reserve a minimum treatment time of two hours.

Non-resident bookings are required to be secured with a credit card.

Spa Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all Spa Guests’ right to privacy and serenity. We appreciate you turning off your mobile phone whilst in the Spa.

Health Conditions

It is important that you advise us in advance of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your Spa reservation.

Individual Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or ESPA Programme not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.

Group Cancellation Policy

For groups of 6 and over, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatments or ESPA Programmes not cancelled at least 14 days prior to appointment. Cancellation within 7 days will incur a 100% charge.

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

Homecare

To continue your Spa regime and experience at home, all ESPA products used in the treatments are available for purchase from the Spa reception.
