ESPA Chakra Balancing with Hot Stones

1 hour 50 minutes – £150

Chakra balancing is an intensive total body experience beginning with skin brushing, exfoliation and a gentle facial cleanse. Hot stones are positioned on body Chakras and at vital energy points on hands and feet for balance and grounding. The body is then massaged with ESPA blended aromatherapy oils using volcanic hot stones. The heat and pressure from the stones result in deep relaxation. Critical tension points are massaged before an acupressure head massage is given to calm and soothe the mind and spirit.

ESPA Pre/Post Natal Indulgent Treatment

1 hour 20 minutes – £105

This total body treatment has been carefully designed for pregnant and nursing mothers to aid relaxation and improve tonicity of the skin during this very special time. The treatment uses a natural Calendula infused oil, muds, creams and advanced massage techniques to safe areas. It leaves the skin toned and is completely relaxing.

ESPA Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment

55 minutes – £70

A specialised ESPA treatment to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the hip and thigh areas of the body which are prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. After exfoliation there follows a vigorous detoxifying massage and application of warm marine algae. Reflex pressure points on the feet are activated and lymphatic drainage massage is undertaken to the eye area gently helping to reduce puffiness and dark circles.

ESPA Aromatherapy Back, Neck and Head

45 minutes – £60

This deep back, neck and head massage starts by relaxing tired and stressed muscles by using oils to calm and soothe, followed by a stimulating scalp massage to ease the stress away.

ESPA Total Body Care Treatment

1 hour 20 minutes – £105

A deeply therapeutic treatment which promotes total relaxation. This perfect antidote to a stressful lifestyle begins with skin brushing and exfoliation, followed by an aromatherapy massage of the body and scalp using essential oils to ease tension and relax mind and body.

ESPA Aromatherapy Massage

55 minutes – £70

Using blended essential oils to suit individual requirements such as detoxifying, antiinfection, muscle relaxing and energising, this therapeutic full body massage will ease tension and relax the mind.

ESPA Life Saving Back Treatment

55 minutes – £70

An ideal treatment for this much neglected and hard to reach area. The back is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed and relaxed with an application of heated marine mud followed by a luxurious tension relieving aromatherapy massage.

ESPA Full Body Salt and Oil Exfoliation

25 minutes – £37

Carefully blended sea salts and essential oils have been combined to help remove dead skin cells and improve tonicity leaving a silky smooth skin. As well as exfoliating, the oils will be slowly absorbed to help store lost vitality and protect against dryness. An ideal treatment before massage.
